Very impressed with the level of service I received. I had rented out my home while I was out of the country and came back to my home wrecked. The tenants didn't clean at all the entire stay. Dylan restored my tile flooring and all 3 of my showers. He was able to get rid of all the black mold, soap residue, replaced the caulking, and fixed loose tiles. He was personable and very knowledgeable on how to tackle everything as well as how to properly maintain everything worked on. I was kept involved in the process so I knew exactly what was going on. Paul Szymonek did the initial assessment of our master bathroom shower. He did a thorough job and highly suggested that we use Epoxy Grout instead of Silicone Grout. He reviewed the assessment in detail and ensured that we understood all facets of the job. He answered all our questions and made useful and practical suggestions. He possesses intrinsic knowledge and first-hand experience. He excels in the dissemination of his assessment results.

We were not pressured and had ample time to make our decision. We had some serious black mold issues. We adhered to the pre-service and post-service conditions regarding the care of the shower. The shower had numerous joints. Dylan Ahrens was the main service technician. He had a fellow technician with him on two occasions.

Dylan is customer-service oriented. He is conscientious, personable, and actively listens and engages in conversation.He exhibits a "can do" working attitude and is strongly motivated to achieve individual attainment. He exhibits high energy and drive. He acted with care and precision, executing each step efficiently. His attention to detail is most impressive.

The cleanup was meticulous. He ensured that we were completely satisfied. He even recommended and left us some Sir Grout Cleaner. He thoroughly explained its purpose and use.

I had a shower leak due to a grout issue. Sir grout was awesome, they had someone come in 2 days to review and provide an estimate. I had the entire shower re-grouted. The leak was taken care of, the regrout was done neatly and looks great. The clean up was so thorough and precise that it didn't even look like the shower had regrouted. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.
