We called Sir Grout to come in and tell us what we should do. The consultant, Theresa, was professional and told us exactly what they could do to bring back that shine. We decided to have the work done and we have been completely satisfied. The technician was courteous and very clean. The whole process only took a few hours and the shine is back on the countertops. I'm especially pleased with the area around the sinks which is now as clean as the day we installed it. All around a company I would highly recommended.

Sir Grout brought back the shine on my marble counter tops which had been etched from improper cleaning. They look like new. They were prompt, professional and cleaned up when they were finished.

I used Sir Grout to replace existing white grout on 2 shower walls and 3 bathroom floors. The job was complex because the tile was the hexagon small tile with an occasional black insert. The replacement was a medium gray. The bathrooms look fantastic! The workers were meticulous, thorough and professional. I highly recommend their work. The sales person, Teresa, is knowledgeable and honest. All around this group of people are a pleasure to work with.
