She worked with me to make sure I was happy with the color of the color sealer and the epoxy grout, even redoing one section when the color was too blue. When I had a question the next day she replied promptly.

Phenomenal work and customer service! Our technician Shannon worked tirelessly all day, and even stayed late, to get everything just right. Silver was also fantastic and knows such much about tile!
