West Lake Hills Tile Sealing

We had a terrific experience with Sir Grout. Teresa was friendly, easy to work with, and gave me good advice (and options) about the cleaning and resealing of our master bathroom shower and floor. Markus, the technician, communicated really well, came and left on time, and did an amazing job getting everything restored and sealed. I'd definitely recommend them and use them again.

We are very pleased with Sir Grout. We had the option of someone coming to the house or a virtual option was offered, and we chose a virtual appointment. Our representative, Teresa, was thorough and explained everything that needed to be done and would be done. They required 1/3 of the payment once the estimate was accepted. Our technician, Markus, was punctual, polite, and extremely professional. If you are not ready to do a complete bathroom renovation, I would encourage you to go this route I can't believe it's the same bathtub and tile once he was finished. Thank you, Sir Grout Austin.

Teresa did a fantastic job explaining the process and helping to select the appropriate colors. Justin and Markus were superb in sealing the kitchen backsplash and all the tile and floors in the 3 bathrooms. We can't wait for them to come back this week to do seal the floors in the remainder of the house. We are extremely satisfied to date.
