All phases of our shower grout replacement went smoothly and professionally. Teresa gave us thorough information about the work that Sir Grout does and what to expect if/when we contracted with them. We had to schedule about a month out from our original inspection date and everything proceeded as planned. Justin, our new grout installer, was (as Teresa) also congenial and thorough in explaining what he would be doing and making sure we understood what work was to be completed. Justin's work was excellent and actually completed in one day. But he set day 2 for re-checking everything, clean up, and making sure we were satisfied with the work. Overall, a very good experience using Sir Grout. We will use them in the future for any hard surface work we may have.

We had Sir Grout out to clean, re-color the grout, re-caulk, and seal our fully-tiled master shower. Jada came out to inspect the site and provide a quote, she was great about answering a bunch of questions that I had concerning the process and had a quote to me in less than 24 hours. A week later Justin came out to perform the work, he was highly personable and respectful of our home, completing the project in a single full day. It took me less than 5 minutes to do some touch up painting the next day over a few drops of grout coloring that hit the drywall ceiling, I'm sure they would have sent someone out to do it for me if I had asked.
Working with Sir Grout was a pleasure from beginning to end, I won't hesitate to reach out again.

Highly recommend Sir Grout for sealing grout and replacing caulk! Over the last couple of years, Justin has pretty much redone all the tiled areas in our house. He is professional, efficient, and detailed. We couldn't be happier with the results. The epoxy grout is MUCH easier to keep clean than caulk - a quick wipe down every week and it still looks brand new after two years!
Teresa was very professional, dry sweet, and explained step by step what would be done. She told me what they would be using on the shower tile and how each product worked. She was quick to respond to my emails or phone calls.
