After 3 years, I never had my grout or granite professionally sealed after renovating my kitchen. Teresa explained the process and made solid recommendations for me since I had no idea what I needed. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of Sir Grout, especially during these unprecedented times dealing with COVID-19. Not only did Justin take every sanitary precaution for our safety, he did an excellent job stripping the old grout and sealant and replacing it. My kitchen backsplash and granite counter tops look awesome. I highly recommend Sir Grout!
The caulk in our master shower was pulling away from the tiles to the point we were concerned we would have water damage inside our walls. And the caulk along our kitchen counter had separated from the backsplash. I contacted Sir Grout from a referral I had and last week they completed the work in less than a day and a half. They recommended epoxy grout instead of caulk in both locations as it will last longer, and they completely cleaned and sealed the grout in the shower. It looks like a brand new shower; we're really pleased.
Teresa and Justin were fantastic! From the initial scheduling and estimate right through the actual work, everything was great. Professional, detailed, courteous. We plan to have Sir Grout back soon to do a different area of the house.

Impeccable work and wonderful service. They took a shower that made me cringe and turned it into something that makes me smile. HIGHLY recommend Sir Grout for all grout needs. They cleaned, de-mildewed, and color sealed my grout, as well as removed mildewed caulk, cleaned joints, and applied expoxy caulk. I will be calling them again to do the grout in my tile floors next.

Teresa came by to check out a messy cured urethane grout haze situation from a sketchy contractor. Instead of quoting me for a job that would otherwise be in the vicinity of 1500$ and leaving, she guided me on how to do it myself. This was very appreciated, as I had tried several things already and had so far been unsuccessful. What a great example of integrity.
We had a great experience with Sir Grout. From the initial consultation to the work. At the consult, Teresa really took her time with me explaining everything and answering all my questions. She color matched everything perfectly with great attention to detail. They were able to fit me in their schedule about a week later for the work. Silver and Justin were a great team and were able to get 2 bathrooms done in the same day. They were very trustworthy, clean and polite. I left them in my home alone while I ran errands and felt completely at ease about it.
