We remodeled our bathroom this year and the grout work was less than stellar. The grout was soft and there were holes. The contractor never sealed the grout and tile either. Had an absolutely flawless experience working with both Teresa and Justin at Sir Grout! After our contractor left a bit of a mess behind - sloppy grout work and no sealant on tile floor or backsplash, I asked Sir Grout to step in and get it looking like it should've. Justin was efficient and got the floors looking amazing and fixed our backsplash even better than new! 10/10 would recommend.
I contacted Sir Grout in March 2021 and from the first phone call until completion of the work I found Sir Grout to be professional and responsive. They re-grouted my entire master bathroom, removed all mold and cleaned the travertine tiles. They also explained why I had the mold problem to begin with. While I would love a master bath remodel, this was the next best thing - getting everything clean and mold free.
