Sir Grout did a fantastic job on my counters. Master bath's carrara marble has never looked this good, even when new. Kitchen granite so much better and shiny. Love the cleaner that can clean everything: windows, cabinets, counters, and furniture!
We live in a typical tract home from the mid-80s. Needless to says, the original tile shower hadn't aged well and the previous owner had allowed the shower floor and lower walls to gradually deteriorate (using loads of silicone caulk) over the years: hard water and other discolorations were impossible to remove. I didn't hold out much hope when Sir Grout started but they showed up when they said they would and, their product knowledge was surpassed only by their skill and dedication to getting the job done right. They took up the parts of the old grout that had failed, re-grouted the parts needing that and when it was done the new work blended seamlessly into the old. I was so surprised, even now, weeks later, when I look at how nice that "old" shower is, it's truly better than new.

It was wonderful working with such consummate professionals from the initial contact with Teresa for the estimate, to a full day with Silver, Frank and Justin. They answered my questions and explained what they were doing and why with great patience. The kitchen cabinets and floors were completely protected and they left it cleaner than they found it! It was a long day (with my permission to stay as long as necessary) but Silver was determined to get my troublesome countertops as perfect as humanely possible. Polite, personable, professional, a deep pride in what they do and they did an amazing job. Love, love, love my 'back to new' countertops!

Our kitchen is the heart of our home; we spend hours there each day. We had a remodel 5 years ago and loved the look. Lately, our beautiful granite seemed to be dull and the faucet area had calcium deposits built up. As much as we scrubbed, it wouldn't come off. We called Sir Grout to come in and tell us what we should do. The consultant, Theresa, was professional and told us exactly what they could do to bring back that shine. We decided to have the work done and we have been completely satisfied. The technician was courteous and very clean. The whole process only took a few hours and the shine is back on the countertops. I'm especially pleased with the area around the sinks which is now as clean as the day we installed it. All around a company I would highly recommended.

Sir Grout brought back the shine on my marble counter tops which had been etched from improper cleaning. They look like new. They were prompt, professional and cleaned up when they were finished.
