Did an excellent job, on time and for a very good price. It wasn't a big job (take out the old grout and put much better grout in the floor of a large shower) but very meticulous - 1x1-inch tiles! Although we were warned tiles could accidentally be chipped, none were. Excellent worker and advised us on taking care of the rest of the shower.

We had one bath totally cleaned, and the tub and shower regrouted. In the other one, we just had the tub regrouted. Jason showed up right on schedule the first day and worked like mad until 6 PM and finished up by around noon the next day. The tile looks wonderful and it's a real pleasure to look at my tub and showers and see neat, white grout instead of the nasty mildewy originals! I used the provided cleaner on the second bathroom floor and was quite pleased with the results. My only concern is whether I'll be able to get mildew off with it should that problem arise again. In the meantime, we are being very careful to dry down the tile and grout lines with an old towel after using the showers. Highly recommend and I plan to call again in the future for the tub surround and floors in the second bathroom!
The people I dealt with were friendly and professional from getting a quote over the phone to job completion. We had the shower steam cleaned and re-caulked with a color seal over the grout. The only thing I'm a little worried about is the grout doesn't look as bright white as I was hoping. It looks good but it's up against bright white tile so I hope it's as clean as it can be. I would recommend Sir Grout.

A lifeline to get another decade of use out of two 50 yr old white tiled bathtub surrounds. What a difference new and freshened grout can do to any otherwise freshly refurbished bathroom.
