Highly recommend Sir Grout for sealing grout and replacing caulk! Over the last couple of years, Justin has pretty much redone all the tiled areas in our house. He is professional, efficient, and detailed. We couldn't be happier with the results. The epoxy grout is MUCH easier to keep clean than caulk - a quick wipe down every week and it still looks brand new after two years!
Teresa was very professional, dry sweet, and explained step by step what would be done. She told me what they would be using on the shower tile and how each product worked. She was quick to respond to my emails or phone calls.

We had a terrific experience with Sir Grout. Teresa was friendly, easy to work with, and gave me good advice (and options) about the cleaning and resealing of our master bathroom shower and floor. Markus, the technician, communicated really well, came and left on time, and did an amazing job getting everything restored and sealed. I'd definitely recommend them and use them again.
We had old hardwood floors that needed refinishing. We looked at having them sanded, etc, and it just was not going to work. Sir Grout came in, gave us a very reasonable estimate, and then proceeded to make the floors look like new. We highly recommend them.
We are very pleased with Sir Grout. We had the option of someone coming to the house or a virtual option was offered, and we chose a virtual appointment. Our representative, Teresa, was thorough and explained everything that needed to be done and would be done. They required 1/3 of the payment once the estimate was accepted. Our technician, Markus, was punctual, polite, and extremely professional.
