We had old hardwood floors that needed refinishing. We looked at having them sanded, etc, and it just was not going to work. Sir Grout came in, gave us a very reasonable estimate, and then proceeded to make the floors look like new. We highly recommend them.
We are very pleased with Sir Grout. We had the option of someone coming to the house or a virtual option was offered, and we chose a virtual appointment. Our representative, Teresa, was thorough and explained everything that needed to be done and would be done. They required 1/3 of the payment once the estimate was accepted. Our technician, Markus, was punctual, polite, and extremely professional. Teresa did a fantastic job explaining the process and helping to select the appropriate colors. Justin and Markus were superb in sealing the kitchen backsplash and all the tile and floors in the 3 bathrooms. We can't wait for them to come back this week to do seal the floors in the remainder of the house. We are extremely satisfied to date.
